Ryback took to Twitter to explain that he has a severe staph infection, which blew up on Tuesday morning.

Luckily, the WWE medical team caught the infection in time or it could have been much worse. Ryback was set to face The Miz and Big Show in a triple-threat match at Battleground for his IC title. It’s still not known if Miz and Big Show will simply have a match now on that show.
