The most famous example is, of course, The Big Show. The seven-foot Superstar was billed at 500 lbs for much of his WWE career before losing over 100 lbs as part of his drastic transformation in 2016-17.

In contrast, some WWE Superstars have been encouraged to gain weight in the early stages of their careers, including the likes of CM Punk and Street Profits member Montez Ford.

Now that WWE is no longer considered to be “The Land of the Giants”, Superstars of all shapes and sizes have achieved success over the last couple of decades in WWE – from Rey Mysterio and Daniel Bryan to larger Superstars like Goldberg and Brock Lesnar.

Excluding WWE’s female Superstars, whose weights are not announced before matches, let’s take a look at how much every current RAW and SmackDown Superstar weighs.

Disclaimer: Unless stated, all weights have been obtained from Superstars’ profile pages on WWE’s official website.

#6 WWE Superstars’ weights (156 lbs to 205 lbs)

This list only focuses on Superstars from WWE’s top two shows, RAW and SmackDown, but there are still plenty of former 205 Live Superstars who appear in the first category.

A post shared by Akira Tozawa (@realtozawa) on Oct 25, 2017 at 4:57pm PDT

The lightest Superstar on the roster right now, one-time Cruiserweight Champion Akira Tozawa, lost a lot of weight before joining WWE in 2016, as you can see in the Instagram post above.

It is worth bearing in mind throughout this article that WWE – and wrestling promotions in general – often exaggerate the weights of performers to make them seem bigger than they actually are.

Former WWE Superstar Austin Aries said in an interview with Chris Van Vliet in 2019 that he was once billed at 200 lbs, even though he is around 160-165 lbs and he has never weighed more than 190 lbs.

#5 WWE Superstars’ weights (210 lbs to 221 lbs)

Elias is three centimeters taller than AJ Styles and he looks significantly larger than the two-time WWE Champion. However, according to WWE’s website, he is actually one pound lighter than his fellow SmackDown Superstar.

Daniel Bryan is another standout name in this category. The WrestleMania 30 main-eventer’s name is often brought up when smaller Superstars are mentioned, including in the introduction to this article, but his billed weight is not far off the likes of Styles and Seth Rollins.

Kofi Kingston’s weight has also been questioned by many WWE fans over the years. Even though the New Day member is billed at 212 lbs, it is safe to assume that he is one of the Superstars whose weight has been exaggerated by WWE.

#4 WWE Superstars’ weights (225 lbs to 238 lbs)

As mentioned earlier in this article, Montez Ford gained over 40 lbs before he joined WWE in 2015.

The current WWE RAW Tag Team Champion told Yahoo Sports in 2019 that he was initially rejected by the company because he was not big enough.

Further down this category, Jinder Mahal returned to WWE in 2016 with a shredded physique, two years after receiving his release from the company. He is now billed at 238 lbs, compared to 221 lbs during the early days of his WWE career.

Jeff Hardy - 225 lbsMurphy - 225 lbsSteve Cutler - 227 lbsJey Uso - 228 lbsShinsuke Nakamura - 229 lbsShane McMahon - 230 lbsCesaro - 232 lbsMontez Ford - 232 lbsBo Dallas - 234 lbsRobert Roode - 235 lbsJinder Mahal - 238 lbs

#3 WWE Superstars’ weights (240 lbs to 260 lbs)

The most interesting takeaway from this category is the presence of WWE SmackDown Superstar Jimmy Uso (251 lbs), and the fact that he is apparently 23 lbs heavier than his brother, Jey Uso (228 lbs).

Edge’s name also stands out in the list below. Back in 1999, the up-and-coming Superstar was billed at 240 lbs when he made his WWE entrances. Nowadays, he is billed at 241 lbs.

Just to reiterate, this article is based on WWE Superstars’ weights on the company’s official website, which means Sheamus is listed below at 250 lbs.

However, he has recently been billed at 267 lbs before his WWE matches, even though the man himself said in 2019 that he has lost 40 lbs.

Apollo Crews - 240 lbsWesley Blake - 240 lbsEdge - 241 lbsJaxson Ryker - 245 lbsRiddick Moss - 245 lbsErik - 247 lbsShelton Benjamin - 248 lbsRandy Orton - 250 lbsSheamus - 250 lbsJimmy Uso - 251 lbsJohn Cena - 251 lbsTriple H - 255 lbsMVP - 259 lbsAngelo Dawkins - 260 lbs

#2 WWE Superstars’ weights (265 lbs to 286 lbs)

It is noticeable that the WWE Superstars in these categories are getting more and more successful as we approach the heaviest Superstars on the roster.

The list below contains six WWE World Champions, including current WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, while others in this category – Big E and King Corbin, for example – are bound to be in the World Championship picture in the future.

Having previously weighed 317 lbs as an American footballer, Corbin had to change his lifestyle to get down to his current WWE weight.

As for Brock Lesnar, he is officially a free agent right now but he features in this list because, according to WWE’s website, he is still an active member of the RAW roster.

Drew McIntyre - 265 lbsMojo Rawley - 265 lbsRoman Reigns - 265 lbsKevin Owens - 266 lbsTitus O’Neil - 270 lbsBobby Lashley - 273 lbsSamoa Joe - 282 lbsBig E - 285 lbsBray Wyatt - 285 lbsKing Corbin - 285 lbsGoldberg - 285 lbsBrock Lesnar - 286 lbs

#1 WWE Superstars’ weights (305 lbs to 385 lbs)

After counting down (or up, in terms of weight) over 60 WWE Superstars, there is some controversy when it comes to revealing the heaviest person on the WWE roster.

Braun Strowman recently mentioned in an Instagram post that he weighs 355 lbs, meaning he is actually 30 lbs lighter than his billed weight of 385 lbs.

In contrast, The Big Show is billed at 383 lbs on both WWE’s website and on WWE television – 117 lbs lighter than his alleged weight earlier in his career.

It is also debatable whether The Undertaker really is 309 lbs. The Deadman used to be billed at 299 lbs, so it is interesting that WWE now says he is 309 lbs when he revealed in 2019 that he has lost 25 lbs.

Again, just like with Brock Lesnar, ‘Taker is still listed as a current Superstar on WWE’s website, which is why he is in this category.

Ivar - 305 lbsThe Undertaker - 309 lbsTucker - 320 lbsKane - 323 lbsLars Sullivan - 330 lbsOtis - 330 lbsKeith Lee - 340 lbsBig Show - 383 lbsBraun Strowman - 385 lbs
