#5 & #4: Bayley & Sasha Banks
Bayley & Sasha Banks have been teaming together for years now. They helped Monday Night Raw get the victory for the past 2 years. Sasha Banks & Bayley are also both former Raw Women’s Champions & NXT Women’s Champions and have a combined 574-day reign as champion. Bayley & Sasha Banks have both managed to defeat the likes of Sonya Deville and Charlotte Flair who are on the SmackDown women’s team. Both women have also taken Asuka (who was undefeated at the time) to the limit.
Bayley has also managed to defeat Carmella along with the likes of Liv Morgan, Sarah Logan, Alexa Bliss, & even the monstrous Nia Jax. Sasha Banks has managed to defeat Naomi along with the likes of Ruby Riott, Nia Jax, Alexa Bliss, Dana Brooke, & Alicia Fox. Sasha Banks was the Iron Woman of the first ever women’s royal rumble match, was one of the last 2 competitors in the first-ever women’s elimination chamber match, and has won 2 gauntlet matches.
Meanwhile, Bayley ended Charlotte Flair’s PPV streak and was the first competitor to enter the women’s elimination chamber match. Both Bayley & Sasha Banks have stolen the show, have been part of the main event, and have shown excellent teamwork. Therefore, they should definitely be a part of Team Raw.
#3: Ruby Riott
Ruby Riott has extremely benefited from moving to Raw during the Superstar Shakeup 2018. Ruby Riott is one of the best superstars on the Raw Women’s Division and has defeated the likes of Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Mickie James.
She also had an impressive performance against Charlotte Flair at Fastlane 2018 and in the gauntlet match to determine the final competitor in the women’s money in the bank ladder match. Ruby Riott also took Ronda Rousey in a singles match on Monday Night Raw.
Ruby Riott has also pinned 3 members of SmackDown Live’s women’s team in team captain Charlotte Flair, Naomi, & even Sonya Deville during their time on NXT. With the Riott Squad by her side, Ruby Riott can definitely be a huge threat in this matchup. Ruby Riott has shown that she has the skills to be a leader so she should definitely be a part of Team Raw.
#2: Nia Jax
Nia Jax is a former Raw Women’s Champion. She has defeated the likes of Alexa Bliss, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mickie James, Alicia Fox, Dana Brooke, Ember Moon, & Natalya. Nia Jax also took Ronda Rousey to the limit and had Ronda Rousey’s best-ever singles match in WWE so far.
Nia Jax has also defeated SmackDown Live’s team captain Charlotte Flair in singles action. Nia Jax also eliminated Naomi (who is also on SmackDown Live’s women’s team) from the first ever women’s royal rumble match. Nia Jax also won the women’s #1 contenders battle royal at WWE Evolution and is also currently set to face Ronda Rousey for the Raw Women’s Championship at some point in the near future. Nia Jax will be perfect as the monster of this match as she always is and with Tamina Snuka as her ally, she will be even more dangerous.
#1: Ember Moon
Ember Moon is a former NXT Women’s Champion. During her reign as champion, she defeated the likes of Sonya Deville, Peyton Royce, Nikki Cross, and even Shayna Baszler. After losing the NXT Women’s Championship to Shayna Baszler, she was called up to the Raw roster. Since then, she has defeated the likes of Alexa Bliss, Mickie James, Sasha Banks, Ruby Riott, & Dana Brooke.
Ember Moon was the first woman to qualify for the women’s money in the bank ladder match and heavily contributed to the match. Ember Moon also eliminated 5 women in the #1 contenders battle royal at WWE Evolution including Carmella & Asuka who are on the SmackDown women’s team.
While she has been defeated by Nia Jax multiple times, she still definitely deserves a spot on the team since she is one of the only women not named Charlotte Flair that has taken Asuka to the limit. Ember Moon will be great as the underdog story of Team Raw.
