New Xbox Game Pass Games for December 2022
Hello Neighbor 2 - December 6 Chained Echoes - December 8 High on Life - December 13
Hello Neighbor 2 will join the Xbox Game Pass subscription service on December 6 as a day one release. The Hello Neighbor games are stealth horror games where players have to avoid being detected by their diabolical neighbor. Despite earning mixed reviews at the time of its release, the original Hello Neighbor was a surprise hit, drawing some of the same young fans that took to the Fives Nights at Freddy’s games. Hello Neighbor 2 is looking to build on what the original game established, and it will definitely be interesting to see if it’s even better than the first one.
A couple of days after Hello Neighbor 2 joins Xbox Game Pass, Chained Echoes will arrive on the service. Chained Echoes is a classic-style JRPG that blends fantasy and science-fiction elements. Chained Echoes wears its Super Nintendo inspirations on its sleeve, but it remains to be seen if the game will be as good as the titles that inspired it.
And finally, High on Life is coming to Xbox Game Pass on December 13. Arguably the headlining new game coming to Xbox Game Pass in December 2022, High on Life comes from Squanch Games and Justin Roiland, best known for creating Rick and Morty. A comedic first-person shooter game, High on Life has Metroidvania elements, talking guns, and the bizarre sense of humor that Roiland is known for.
More games will join Hello Neighbor 2, Chained Echoes, and High on Life on Xbox Game Pass in December, but fans will have to wait to find out more. Some games will leave Xbox Game Pass in December as well, so fans should hang tight for more information on that front.
