Headlining the new additions is Sniper Elite 4, a game set during World War 2 that tasks players with bringing down Italy’s fascist regime. The game’s sniping mechanics feature a surprising amount of depth, which players are free to change with the game’s many difficulty settings. It’s considered to be one of the most authentic sniping experiences available, and for those who happen to be Xbox Game Pass subscribers, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Next up is Olli Olli 2 XL Edition, which is generally considered to be one of the best skateboarding games ever made. It’s a 2D game that features analog controls similar to those of the Skate series and some impressive level design. It improves on the original game in just about every way and should be a welcome addition to the Game Pass line-up.

Also coming to the service is Sheltered, which was developed by the same studio responsible for Olli Olli 2. It’s a survival management game similar to This War of Mine, so players will have to hunt and gather resources to ensure that their entire family survives the apocalypse.

Also debuting on Xbox Game Pass next month is Rise and Shine, a 2D action-oriented shooting game about a boy named Rise and his gun Shine. The game hasn’t faired exceptionally well critically, but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth checking out.

Finally, players will be able to jump into Grip: Combat Racing on November 6th. Grip is a fast-paced racing game that will pit players against each other in a variety of locations. The game features a healthy selection of 22 tracks and 15 vehicles, so there should plenty to keep gamers engaged for quite some time. It also features 4 player split-screen, so it ought to be a neat game to check out with friends and a solid alternative to Mario Kart.

All of the games featured will be available on November 1st, with the exception of Grip: Combat Racing. Xbox Game Pass now features a healthy selection of over 100 games and comes bundled for 2 years with Xbox’s All Access subscription, so it may be worth checking out for players looking to build a library of Xbox games on a budget.
