As you can see, the list is fairly diverse. By featuring some solid savings on full Xbox Live Arcade titles like Deathspank and Perfect Dark, as well as throwing in DLC add-on content for Dragon Age: Origins, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and Trials HD, the folks over at Xbox have made this a fairly tough decision in my opinion. The only major downside to this list is the potential for a lot of people to be left out should the winner be DLC for a game they don’t own. Perhaps Microsoft should have made sure all of the options could be enjoyed by everyone?

Not only will players be able to vote on which content they want to see discounted, but once they have voted, they will be able to see the most current results. Even though you may only vote once, you will still be able to view the most up to date poll standings at any time. As of this writing, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is in the lead with 26% of the votes.

The winner will be unveiled on October 18th, which is also when it will be available at the discounted price. The fine print for this promotion is that only Gold members may participate, and it is limited to the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.

So which one will it be Ranters? Are you feeling nostalgic? Want to kill all those annoyingly heroic Grey Wardens? Need a good laugh? Or are some of your current games in need of a little something extra? Just remember, if you don’t vote, you can’t complain when your game doesn’t win. Let us know which game you think will win a spot as an Xbox Live Deal of the Week. Also let us know if you’d like to see more of this type of promotion from Microsoft in the future.
